Chomp chomp!
It's official, Brody has a tooth! I felt it in there a couple of days ago. Now we just need a few more so he doesn't have to swallow things whole. It's his front bottom tooth if you wanna know.
He also discovered that shaking his head side to side means no. He is trying to say no too, all he really gets out is the "nu nu". He loves being able to communicate.
David is getting into some terrible threes stuff. The timing was bad too with Joe just having surgery (torn ACL). If it wasn't for all the help from family... well uncle Adam really, I probably would gave gone crazy. Luckily we are all on the mend and getting back to normal.

Like the army guy...
Today we cut off all davids fluffy white locks! He says he has an army man hair cut. He looks so cute. I must admit half the reason is because he smells so bad! Even right after a bath his hair reeks. Maybe this will help keep him cooler. Although probably not... What can I say I have a smelly little man!

Blogging from my phone!
Well the internet on my lap top has been broken for months, which has been my excuse for not blogging. But today I am posting from my iPhone! As soon as I buy the full version I can send pictures and video too.
Today is much like any other. We just got done with the nap time battle. Don't worry I won I should have a couple hours of freedom now. We have all been home from our vacations for almost two weeks. It has taken me that long to get things back to normal.
Speaking of normal we have some not so normal news... Baby number three is on his/her way! Surprise, I'm due January 25 which makes me 10 weeks along. Our baby is now the size of a lime and starting to look more like a baby and less like an alien. I thought I was ready for this but some days three sounds like too many! Too late, here we go.

A photo is worth a thousand words... but some pictures need a little explaining
Yup it's been over a month since I last posted anything! It's not because we haven't done anything either... so here is a little slide show catch up. Over the past month we have:
1. been to visit my sister in Dallas. The kids had so much fun together. David loves "da geels". They are coming to visit us next weekend and we can't wait. David keeps telling me that Camille is sleeping in the office and Kate and Justin are on the couch.
2. Touch a truck was a special event here in Arkansas. They brought in all these trucks, tractors, and other cool vehicles and let kids climb in them. David's favorite was the dump truck, probably because he loves the book Trashy Town. It was a little rainy that day, but we still had a great time.
3. With the weather getting better we have been at the park almost every day it does not rain. We have also got into eating ice cream and I just have to say Brody is a huge fan. He will eat a whole cone by himself cone and all! David got one at Chick Fil A the other day, and Brody freaked out had to have it. So David shared but when we went to take it back... oh man I have never heard him cry so hard no joke!
4. It has to be said Brody is a piggie! He will out eat David every meal! No teeth yet, but I am sure that's coming soon. When they do that kid will probably eat us out of house and home!
5. David loves doing things "All my self." Going potty, getting dressed, showering, making eggs, brushing teeth, etc... He wants to be the big boy "when I'm all growed up big like daddy!"
6. We have a couple neighborhood cats that come around. David has named them Jeffy (after his uncle) and tiger (a stripped cat). They come around a lot and both the boys like them. At first David would call to it like a dog and try to get the thing to follow him around, but he's a fast learn.
7. At the park one day David had an accident right on the slide, so fun. while I was cleaning him up the little rascal did a victory lap in all his glory. A couple of the other moms were less then amused. once he came back to me I threw a Brody Diaper on him (skinny guy) and sent him on his way. Those moms continued to give me crusties for being so out of control i guess, so we left. All I gotta say about that is: relax they're kids!
8. David is done with his passy! We traded them for a squirt gun, cut them up and that was the end of that. He did pretty good, but it has killed nap time for me. The only way to get him to go to sleep is to put him in front of a movie and hope he stops wiggling long enough to fall asleep. There was a week or two there where I thought I'd go crazy, but we are getting used to our new schedule now.
9. And last but not least we have been boating! Okay so our first trip was really cold, but Joe and Jackie couldn't wait for the great weather. It has been raining a ton here and every time we wanted to go it was raining. All day long we'd be checking the weather "only a 60% chance of rain that's our window!" We have been out twice now and it feels great, especially since I'm not prego this year.

SPF 50 please!
We have been to feed the geese and the fish on a number of occasions, here are a few choice photos of our outings. watch out they bite!

that's my wild girl!
So I have to tell you... David loves finding and playing with sticks. This is his biggest to date. Here's the funny thing, He has some trouble with the "st" sound and it always comes out "d". Yeah put that together can you. One day we were driving down the road and David yells "MOM A HUGE DICK!" Lo and behold just outside the window was a tree with no branchs. I must be imature because I lost it.
On a better note... here's my adorable Brody! Who could say no to that face? That is a huge strawberry he's eating incase you were wondering, they were delicious!
